1 cup of feta cheese
1 bunch of fresh mint
1 bunch of fresh basil
½ cup of walnuts, cut in halves
2 radishes, sliced
Handful of seedless green grapes, cut in halves
1 bunch scallions, cut into quarters
1 tbsp of olive oil
Iranian Sabzi Salad
This herby and fragrant Iranian salad is the perfect starter or side to your meal.
Take a bunch of fresh mint and basil and wash them well. Pat dry and leave them on a plate.
Cut your grapes, walnuts, scallions, radishes and feta cheese and add them to the plate.
Pour 1 tbsp of olive oil over the feta cheese and serve everything together.
Serve with warm flatbread or enjoy it alone.
