  • 1 cup of feta cheese
  • 1 bunch of fresh mint
  • 1 bunch of fresh basil
  • ½ cup of walnuts, cut in halves
  • 2 radishes, sliced
  • Handful of seedless green grapes, cut in halves
  • 1 bunch scallions, cut into quarters
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • Flatbread (optional)

Iranian Sabzi Salad

This herby and fragrant Iranian salad is the perfect starter or side to your meal.
  1. Take a bunch of fresh mint and basil and wash them well. Pat dry and leave them on a plate.
  2. Cut your grapes, walnuts, scallions, radishes and feta cheese and add them to the plate. 
  3. Pour 1 tbsp of olive oil over the feta cheese and serve everything together.
  4. Serve with warm flatbread or enjoy it alone.
