The perfect recipe to bring your green beans to life.
Take a pot and fill with hot water. Add your green beans to the pot and boil until they are tender (around 80% done).
In a frying pan, add a tbsp of butter and keep the pan on medium heat.
Strain your green beans and add them to the frying pan along with your 1/2 cup of fresh piccolo tomaotes.
Keep the pan on medium heat and sauté the green beans and tomatoes until they have charred a little. The tomatoes should be soft and cooked in the end.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper and a dash of olive oil to the dish just before serving.
This side dish goes well with some grilled steak or chicken.
