• 300g of fine green beans
  • 1/2 cup of fresh piccolo tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp of butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • Dash of olive oil for garnish

Butter-Drenched Green Beans

The perfect recipe to bring your green beans to life.
  1. Take a pot and fill with hot water. Add your green beans to the pot and boil until they are tender (around 80% done).
  2. In a frying pan, add a tbsp of butter and keep the pan on medium heat.
  3. Strain your green beans and add them to the frying pan along with your 1/2 cup of fresh piccolo tomaotes.
  4. Keep the pan on medium heat and sauté the green beans and tomatoes until they have charred a little. The tomatoes should be soft and cooked in the end.
  5. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and a dash of olive oil to the dish just before serving.
  6. This side dish goes well with some grilled steak or chicken.
